A recruiter did a 20 minute or so phone interview with me. This was after I took a short personality profile. I got an email stating that based on the results of the personality profile I would not be a good fit.

Interview

1st a phone interview with a recruiter. 2nd a virtual video interview with a hiring manager. 3rd, I was invited to come into the office and do a "ride-along", which meant tagging along with one of their sales team members to visit a property that they had under contract and walk the house. I was then taken to lunch and interviewed during lunch by that sales team member.

Three step process. 1st: Phone call. 2nd: Zoom chat (1 hr) 3rd: Ride along and final interview In the ride along you will walk a house with an acquisition agent and just chat. Then they will bring you back to our office and you will talk with one of the GMs.
