Very easy process, almost seemed like the interviewer was selling the position to me. Talk more about themselves than asked me questions. They promised I'd be in a management position within the first 12 months. Something seemed off, so I decided not to continue.

Call was easy, just casual chatting, went through the job description and what to expect during first year and also options after the first year. Sounds like a cool company to work for you just have to sell insurance your first year
