Mainly asked to further discuss my background on my resume. and what is my typical day to day tasks, along with what responsibilities and accomplishments I have achieved during my previous tenure.

This was a Zoom interview - the position was located in Toronto but my interviewer was based in Vancouver. The interview went well and felt like a good conversation. I was then asked to have an “informal chat” with a couple other members of the team two days later - also went well, I thought. Then I got completely ghosted. Interviewer told me she would be in touch in the next week, then I heard nothing. Sent an additional followup, no reply to that either. Totally unprofessional (though unfortunately increasingly common) behavior. Hope they see this and make sure not to do it to someone else in the future - job hunting is hard enough without being disrespected like that.
