Overall the interview process was great. Started with an initial call with the VP of Sales, then a Disco/Demo call with the Sales Manager and VP of Sales (received great feedback from both). 3rd Round was a "strategy" interview to see how you come to an answer or how you solve a problem. It was one of the most uncomfortable interviews I've ever been apart of. The problem solving interview had nothing to do with the job I was interviewing for. The COO showed up 5 minutes late and was clearly annoyed when I couldn't figure it out. It was a Google sheet of 3500 lines of raw data and I was asked to separate the data using formulas and asked me how I'd figure this out. Then it was 45 minutes of him just watching me suggesting a few helpful hints but when formulas weren't working, he would sigh heavily. It really turned me off from wanting to work there.
