Had initial calls with the recruiter, hiring manager and the founder. General questions were asked, nothing out of the ordinary. They provided no follow up after a final interview, then reached out to me a month later about another position without giving me any details about the first position I applied to. Seems very unorganized. How do you get something so simple wrong?
