Numotion Service Coordinator interview questions

It was a phone interview & she was very patient & kind. She asked me questions about how would I be able to handle work life balance since I am a Student. She asked about my past job & volunteering experience & ensured that I knew the scope of the opportunity presented.

Preliminary phone interview held by HR Coordinator. Then in person interview with Regional Manager. Very relaxed, very informative from start to finish, very professional. You are provided with as much detail as possible about the position from HR prior to even getting into the phone screening process so you already have an idea as to what the position entails and what is or would be expected of you. The communication between employer and candidate throughout the process is very open.
