My experience with Nutanix’ hiring process has been one of the most unprofessional I have encountered. I was contacted directly by a recruiter on LinkedIn, went through an initial screening and then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, the recruiter completely ghosted me – no updates, no feedback, no clarity. Weeks later, I finally received an automated rejection email thanking me for my application. The irony? I never applied. Nutanix reached out to me. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. If you initiate the process, you should also take responsibility for closing it in a professional way. An auto-generated rejection, with the wrong context, after silence, is simply not acceptable for a company that positions itself as a global leader.

Interview process was clearly communicated. I interviewed with a total of four key people within the Marketing and Sales organizations and the interview style was more conversational than other styles. I also thought the process went quickly compared to other companies I've interviewed with that would drag their feet throughout the interview process.
