People in OKX should be ashamed of themselves. Make up your mind about a position before wasting candidates time for multiple interviews only for you to change direction and cancel a role you’re hiring for. You’re leading candidates on and never following through with the process. No one showed up for my last interview and no one in the company was apologetic about it. I asked about what happened and no one even bothered explaining. Ghosting a candidate at this day and age is awful manners, unprofessional, and leaves a bad rep for you and the company you represent. There is not an excuse to not follow through with atleast a rejection note especially after having had wasted both our time. This is why you’ll never top the likes of binance. Your recruitment team is second rate and incompetent.
