Strong team culture is the real highlight. Colleagues are collaborative and approachable, and people are generally willing to help each other out, which makes the day-to-day a lot smoother. Compensation and benefits are also solid and competitive for the role.

Cons

The main downside is workload. Hours can run long during busy periods and overtime tends to become the norm rather than the exception, so work-life balance is inconsistent and can wear on you over time.
