Restructure is the norm because the company lives under dictatorship The founder doesn’t care about the efforts that team puts in because he puts incompetent people in the leadership position. Design leaders are so out of touch with what works and what don’t. Product leaders think they make sense but they don’t. Developers have selfish motives.

Top management lacks real leadership and is focused only on pleasing the CEO. They create terrible policies just for appearances, disrupting the employees who do the actual heavy lifting. This leaves the frontline with zero direction, blindly following chaotic orders. With continuous mass layoffs, workers at the bottom are pushed to their absolute limits. Meanwhile, incompetent but loud managers keep getting promoted, stepping on others to climb to the top and profiting off everyone else's pain.
