it is a pentatlon ,they are living in smurf village, recruiter send me there, Hr staff is helpful. i visited site, system of site is also mindblowing good. but for IT they are away from real life.they do not test anything but torture, gave 10different point and try to round them with a shape. it was spatial data and project was half coded, with pair programming they wanted me to complete the code. they measure nothing i sense, they want you to kill your brain cells only with puzzles. company is good but IT team heads are robotics not human i felt. they always ask the same questions, i have seen same questions from glassdoor and i understand what is waiting there and it was the same. because of nda i signed,i can not share questions it is not ethic. they do not know how to test the software guys they have soviet communist mentality as i see.
