      Pros

      Ocado was a fast moving company with cool products to work on

      Cons

      Ocado was on a streak of acquiring new companies and poorly managing the folding in of each acquisitions staff and products. Business downturns then resulted in lots of layoffs which in turn made the integration of these acquired companies and staff that much harder.

      Pros

      Great culture and smart colleagues, competitive salary and benefits, including large annual leave and maternity/paternity politics, remote and abroad work. Interesting product and up-to-date technologies. Middle management is often incredibly supportive, well-trained, motivating. A perfect place for the beginning of one's carreer.

      Cons

      Some budget cuts in the last few years shifted the atmosphere in the company and the work priorities to be more rigid.
