      Pros

      Incredibly interesting engineering challenges in a collaborative and supportive culture. Smart people. Bleeding edge tools. Broad benefits package.

      Cons

      Unwilling/unable to continue investing in further product development. The scope for interesting projects and professional growth is now minimal. Whilst this was a great environment for engineering talent, it has been kneecapped by endemic poor commercial decisions at every level of the org. Basic salary is low for the market, but the benefits package does go a long way to mitigate,
