I got contacted by an employee on LinkedIn. After submitting my CV, I went through a first technical interview with two employees, where I was asked to show my coding skills. I was required to use Java even if I had never used that language before, but the goal of the interview was assessing my skills and reasoning rather than the knowledge of the language, so I was helped with the syntax. Other three interviews followed this one, on two different days. I was supposed to take those at the company, but I had to do them online for the virus outbreak. They were a two hours pair programming, a one hour technical interview, and a one hour cultural fit interview - that was pretty much another technical interview. I enjoyed the whole process, which was pretty quick, and I liked how everybody was super kind and how they made me feel like a person rather than a number throughout the application process.
