Went to the sore in person and took a questionnaire on one of the computers near the back. Called back every other day to set up an appointment with the manager for an interview. Filled out paper application, interviewed with the store manager. Went back several days later and interviewed with assistant store manager. Took drug test, passed and started working next couple days.

Applied online, Called in for a few days, finally got an interview after about 4 or 5 days of this. I then came in, took a personality quiz, then went in for an interview. it was pretty short and simple, was working the following monday.
