I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OhioHealth (Columbus, OH)
Interview
The first stage was a phone screening with a recruiter. The second interview was in-person with 2 managers. The final interview was with the director and then a panel question and answer style conversation with would be co-workers.
There were a few different phone interviews during the process followed by several in-person interviews with the hiring manager as well as finance team members, it was a pretty standard process overall.
Multiple interviews with different people. A first round and second round type of situation. Interviews were roughly an hour each and were pretty low stress overall. The Employees were nice.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OhioHealth (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was easier than expected.
I applied, and I e-mailed a contact I had with the company stating I applied.
I had a phone screening that was about 10 minutes and was asked about why I wanted to work at OhioHealth and what my goals are. On the phone, they set up my interview.
I went to my interview, I was asked about my skills, why I wanted to work there, work history, and then I was shown around the facility.
It took about a month, and then I was offered the position.
