The entire process took more than three months. I applied for the position, had a phone interview, then a panel interview. The interviews went very well. More than a month after the interview I did not hear back from OhioHeath or the recruiter. I also checked the application status online and there were no change to it. I contacted the recruiter and she told me, "oh, they really like you but we decided to go with someone else. Of all the personal time and investment applicants go thru to apply for a job and prepare for an interview, you'd think some organizations would have the decency to simply give you a periodic update on your application, especially a month from when you interview. Does not seems like an organization I'd want to work for if they are treating potential employees this way (when they should be trying to attract great talents to their organization). Simply because is looking for a job or has lost their job does not means they have lost their dignity. I definitely wouldn't recommend OhioHealth based on my personal experience.
