Recruiting process was VERY unorganized! I had to follow up MANY times with recruiting director. The VP of HR really led the process.
I had two screening in person interviews w/HR.
Two half day in-person interviews with company leadership. Interviews were pleasant and seemed to focus on cultural fit and working cross functionally more than job competence.

Question 1
How would deal with multiple competing goals between care sites and administrative leadership?
The interview process was multi-layered - first with phone calls with Human resources and the Senior Director, then on-site with managers, other directors and several Vice Presidents. It was a longer process due to scheduling multiple meetings.
Multi-step interview process with HR, Hiring Manager, other Directors, Managers and VPs. Due to multiple interviews, the timeline was lengthy, but it was great to meet with people on all levels.

Multiple rounds. Phone, virtual, in-person. I met some very rude people with huge egos. I cant imagine what it's like to work with them. Did not want to pay for interview expenses. Caveat emptor!
