My initial interview was virtually completed via Teams. Then, I completed in-person interview with unit shadowing. It was straightforward, nothing unexpected. A HIPAA agreement completed for shadowing because I was a non-employee at time of shadowing.

I had a zoom interview with the nurse managers and the heard back from HR in about 3 weeks with an offer of employment. The managers were open about how long the process would take. Overall easy and laid back interview

The interview process was efficient and also very welcoming . The unit managers were very open and sweet. They were open to answering questions and hearing my answers to their inquiries . I actually enjoyed the process.
