I applied to Oishii Berry over the summer. I got an email from the team as soon as I applied asking to schedule an interview. The interview went really well, we spoke at length about the position, my experiences, and why I would want to work at the company. After the interview, I never heard from them again. I tried following up, but was completely ghosted by the team. Considering how friendly the rapport was during the interview, not hearing anything at all even after follow up was really a blow.
