I applied for a leadership program they had soon after graduating. I had a video interview but I didn't hear anything afterward. After a year in the same field, I applied again but was denied pretty quickly without an interview. Unsure what I did wrong, they had no feedback to share other than they gave me "much consideration" from the automated email.
