HR contacted me through Linkedin, initial call with a person from HR and after 3 days an interview with two team members at managerial level. It was more a conversational one hour interview regarding the role, the first interviewer was great while the second did not seem interested in a conversation. After four days I received an email saying that " the team have decided to move forward with another candidate who has slightly more aligned experience with our current business requirements"
