Not a great interview experience, but I can't say I'm surprised. It's very typical for companies to ghost candidates. I had a friend refer me to a position. I talked to the Recruiter who said they would follow up with me in 2 days, which didn't happen. I sent an email a week after our interview to follow up, no response. Same old story.
