The process went very well until we discussed compensation, they let me know it was a bit high, which is fine I appreciate the transparency. What was frustrating was that after we discussed this they never got back to me, even after they voiced wanting to bring me on.

Interview
One interview with the TA person, one with the manager, another one with the VP and a fourth one with HR Global leader. After the last interview they took a week and a half to come back with final outcome.
