They originally told me they needed to fill a specific role "yesterday", "asap". I was extremely flexible and moved around a lot of meetings to expedite the 5 video conference calls. The Interview Process was a mess. I am not sure if it was the direct recruiter I worked with or the company as a whole. During each call, I clarified next steps and what their process was. Each time I was told I was in the offer stage waiting for approvals. After 3 weeks, I received all 4 approvals from the leadership team and now it was time for the Document and the document approvals.. Another 3-4 weeks go by and was told the final approval was delayed and they weren't sure why. After about a 2-3 month process, I withdrew and accepted a different offer. Sadly they talk about Trust and how it is in their DNA but they will absolutely say one thing to keep you on the hook and drag their feet while they try and figure it out on the backend. Don't waste your time, and there are much better opportunities out there.
