First interview with HR, friendly talk, typical questions of why OneTrust, tell me about yourself etc. As a second step, they send you a case study to work on for a few days and send them to review.

it was an hr interview. the questions were generic. the interviewer asks about general stuff. the interview includes STAR also. overall was an easy interview, but i received no follow up from the hr person with whom i had an interview.

The interview process consist of 3 stages: first one with a recruiter over the phone, the second one with the hiring manager and a senior analyst (remote), the third one with 2-3 people from senior management (also remote). 3 weekes overall on average.
