very smoooth, they know how to properly assess skills. starts with hr then you have behavioral questions with your manager, then at the end u get a case to perform a simulation sales call.

Pretty short process. Two-tiered with calls with HR followed by manager, often accompanied by a member of team. Pretty informal with some role play cold calls. Worth gaining a good understanding of all offerings and who you will be speaking with.
