I was then e-mailed to schedule an interview - job posting mentioned that some roles are onsite but not all.

Was contacted directly by a recruiter.
During the initial vetting call with the rep stated that she had little to no experience in the platform I was applying for. I was given the option to take a skill test. I opted to take this test immediately. Without any feedback I was told they would not be moving forward and that if a lower level position was offered, I would hear from them. This is very condescending and unprofessional. I will not be answering there requests to apply with them moving forward.

Validation rules was the main focus of this test. the questions were not well worded and some assumptions had to be made.
