My interview experience with OpenGov was one of the best I've had. It was, thorough, engaging, collaborative encouraging, supportive, intense, 7 step interview process and consultative. With each step of the interview the terms used were on full display from an OpenGov side.

I get wanting to find someone who will successful in the role. However, in the process of trying to find "the perfect candidate" which doesn't exist, a lot of potential sales talent that could be wildly successful here will be shut out.
