First, I had a zoom interview. After that, I went to DC for a day-long group interview. There were presentations from staff, a panel, a group lunch, and then individual interviews. The interview questions were standard and pretty easy to answer. The people were friendly and the environment was relaxed.

Extremely smooth and manageable process. I met with Optum at a school career fair, and had a first round interview the next day. A few days later, I was invited to an in-person interview at the office and heard back within 8 days.
