Business Outlook

Pros

I had all the hardware and software to do my job. Was able to work from home one day a week. Worked with really great people. Pay was okay. Work/life balance was good for me.

Cons

Moved to hybrid 4 days a week. The company is super siloed and it felt like everybody was trying to solve the same thing. My group was under constant reorganization and leadership overhauling. Then that last year we were having layoffs every four months or so due to unexpected business expenses and profitability. This created an unpleasant and uneasy feeling. Health insurance is worse than my wife's and health insurance is literally what they do!
