I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Santa Monica, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
It was very relaxed and felt like your average preliminary interview. I went in expecting a lot of sales-specific questions, but it was a very basic overview of who I am, my experience, and what I want out of the Job. They also went over a lot of the basics of the role, which was very helpful.
First round is with a recruiter who asks basics like why Oracle, why sales, tell me about yourself and so on pretty straight forward. Next steps are 2 interviews, one mock call and one behavioral
3 interviews first until call with recruiter then final 2 is behavioral and then mock cold call, mock call was something called oracle eats and your suppose to sell them on it
