Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OutSystems (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
Had four rounds of interviews which span a period of two weeks. First round was more of a general interview with a product manager. Second was a design exercise with a product designer and product manager. Third was a "culture fit" interview with HR. Last interview was with the head of UX, which felt more like an introduction than an interview. Overall the experience was great. I got feedback on what I did well and not-so-well at the end of the interview, which I NEVER experience ever before. It was really helpful in figuring out where you stand and what you can improve/ emphasize on in the next round. I also liked that they dedicated a whole interview on culture fit.
We had 5 video calls, the first and the last one was with the hr, and the others was with the technical team(designer ou manager). One of the technical intervirws had a whiteboard challenge.
