I was approached by a Recruitment company on LinkedIn and they have arranged for an interview, as my profile was good for the role and the manager wanted an interview. My first interview was with my manager, who wanted to meet and learn a little more about myself and my career path. The interview was very smooth, we were aligned from the beginning and was a real pleasure. Subsequently, I moved on to the second phase and had an interview with the Chief Accounting Officer and the interview was really smooth as well - he wanted to learn more about myself and my career path. Finally, the People Team has informed me that they wanted to present an offer, which I accepted (I was thrilled with the challenge from the beginning).
