The interview process starts with basic details captured by the HR team and successfully ends with HR team. I went through 4 different rounds with different employees from OutSystems excluding both HR round. - 1st round with Sr member of the outsystems engineering team and it was a very healthy discussion based on my existing job role and responsibilities. I was asked few manager or lead level questions too 2nd round was with a panel discussion and it was with 2 members from product development. Some technical background questions 3rd round was with the director of the cloud team and he basically wishes to provide me brief about SRE role plans and how they wish to start operational 4th round was with Head of Engineeering
