Preliminary chat with recruiter, then an interview with two senior techies, followed by a presentation to a panel of five. At every stage I felt like this company would be a good fit for me. The people were easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable. The final stage (presentation) was enjoyable and even though I didn't delivery exactly what the brief asked for the panel obviously saw qualities in me that Outsystems could use.
