I had 3 different stages in this process. First i was contacted by a recruiter who explained me the job description, the process, the culture and the benefits. Then i had a first interview with the future leader. Was in this stage i had the opportunity to ask about the projects, about the team, about work methodologies and the environment. The last phase was a presentation of 2 small exercices exercises to the team. I had the opportunity to know the team and for them, they can be involved in the process, see how i work and think. And more important, all of us could see if our personalities work together.
