I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OutSystems in Apr 2022
Interview
- HR screen call to introduce the company and explain the position details.
- Offline assignment (language read write test, technical test including logical thinking, coding and troubleshooting)
- 2 back to back technical interview with team leads.
- Final interview with team lead
Recruiter: Reviewed my resume to ensure my skills aligned with the role and asked what I knew about the company.
Hiring Manager: Quizzed me on my theoretical knowledge about the different technologies used for the role then practical part of the technical interview.
Hiring Manager’s colleague: Continued the practical part of the technical interview then tested my soft skills through a mock call to see how I will interact with their clients.
Both of their manager: Continued the practical part of the technical interview.
Lastly came the offer package.
Overall it was an awesome experience, very laid back. Everyone was really welcoming. The technical parts of the interview were more collaborative than one sided. Be prepared to explain any answers you give, and expect follow up questions to your explanations.
