Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 phases.
In the first interview, the conversation took place at the Outsystems facilities and focused on the interviewee's skills and experience and presentation of the role for which the Outsystems was hiring.
The second interview was conducted through video call with a person from the people management area where the company was presented and the candidate's motivations were analyzed.
The third interview was carried out by video call with the director of the service and the experience and abilities of the candidate with relevance to the position were analyzed.
Finally, a proposal was submitted by Outsystems so that I could be part of the Outsystems team that I accepted.
At all stages of the process, I felt a great availability and closeness on the part of all stakeholders, which made me feel comfortable.
