First call with HR and a second call with a technical person.
HR call was on motivation and past experience.
The second interview was quite random. The interviewer was clearly not prepared and he had to think about questions. Basic question about product management, nothing complicated.
After that they just ghosted me, I also politely asked feedback to HR but they didn't bother to answer me. Really unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OutSystems (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jul 2021
Interview
The process was composed of several talks.
1 - HR interview ( which in my case was very attentive )
2 - Technical interview and motivation
3 - Role play and discussion
4 - HR again.
( every single doubt you can have the team will meet again and take care of the questions you might have, i had an extra call of 30 mins to discuss the way forward and timings )
All and all a good process where they are side by side with you. Fresh and thoughfull approach.
