Not sure about the internal processes, but what's been shown to the outside is a mess and a complete disaster. I've applied for like, 6 months now, and they ghosted me, without further notice. They created a limbo for candidates and an obscure one. If you decide to apply, make sure you are prepared to deal with the complete unknown.
