I applied online. I interviewed at Outreach in Mar 2021
Interview
The overall interview process was structured and streamlined where they were testing the candidates' work and technical experience. The company seems promising and overall, I enjoyed the overall vibe of the people and the team. I first had a call with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home analytical exercise. After this, I spoke to 4 members who were either stakeholders or members of the team. The whole process was quick and lasted for about 2 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in May 2021
Interview
Met with a recruiter and then the hiring manager and then a technical assessment. The next steps were to meet with team members and circle back around to the hiring manager again. I was frustrated because I spent time on the technical assessment and then was told that they were looking for different qualifications, with no indication of how I did on the assessment.
