PGA TOUR Business Development interview questions

After interviewing and being told that I would hear about next steps the following week, it's now been a month since I've heard from HR. I followed up 3 times and was told they were still interviewing. I went around HR and asked another employee, who told me they were already down to two finalists.. but then again HR told me that I would hear back ASAP if there were any updates to my candidacy. This is unprofessional, rude, and a horrible look for someone who's job is to hire people all day. I wasn't clueless about 2 weeks in, but I kept my hopes because I was told that my resume was a perfect match for the job description... then when I was denied I lacked experience.
