Set up Microsoft teams calls with various team members. 30 minutes with each member. The interviewers did a bad job of setting the interviewee up for success. They did not outline at the beginning of the call what they were looking for in the candidate and what topics need to be discussed in order for them to make a decision by the end. They did not drive the conversation at all, which was awkward. They say they want to get to know you (heads up, they don't care). Don't mislead the direction of the conversation when there's a limited amount of time to speak. Interviewees are not mind readers. Interviewer was stern. They looked like they didn't want to be on the call. Felt unfairly judged from the get go. Receiving a candidates time should be thoughtfully considered each and every time before a team member interviews you.
