Interview process was standard. They reached out and the first interview was with talent acquisition and then with managers if you are selected to move on. I have no complaints about the interview itself. It was a pleasant conversation but I was very upfront with what I was expecting salary wise and we didn't see eye to eye on that. I figured they weren't going to move forward with me. It has now been a month and I haven't received any sort of follow up email, even though I was told they would reach out the following week. Again, I didn't expect to move on so it doesn't really bother me that much but I do think it is a little unprofessional. Other than that, the interviewer was very nice and I have no complaints. Seems like a relaxed place to work.
