I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PGIM (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Streamlined timeline (whole process was complete within two weeks of application deadline), first round is via Hirevue, ample opportunity to get to know different team members prior to interviews, heavy emphasis on behavioral questions throughout the process
They ask about Cap rates, know them well. Know why PGIM, and a current relevant event. Understand the relationship between value, NOI, and CAP. Have a rehearshed story about a leadership/problem-solving experience.
Assuming there were multiple rounds. First you submit your application online. Then came a first round Hirevue interview. I did not go further, so I am unfamiliar with the next steps in the interview process.
