Started with a really cool AI interview (like a HireVue but you get one try to answer right away). It felt like talking to a real person and would ask you follow ups. Then, a couple short interviews with members of your potential team. Even mix of behavioral and some easy technical questions.

Emphasise on hiring from target schools although that wasnt the case for me. Great knowledge colleagues
Hirevue then Final round with 2 team members. Final round was quite technical with 5 minutes left to ask questions at the end. There was a couple basic behaviorals at the start like Why PGIM
