It began with a first round hirevue and then the next round was a three interview super day. The questions were largely behavioral based and seemed to be oriented around the position. It went smoothly and the interviewers were very personable people.

1st interview happened on campus (career fair) basic personality test, 2nd interview was about 40 minutes long and was held at the campus (business center) consisted of behavioral questions with a few scenario based questions. Final Interview was held at the regional office in Baltimore, MD and was about 3 hours long. You meet a pair of three different interviewee about 45 min each. you get a 10 minute break in between. They ask you leadership related questions, industry questions, sales and management questions, some behavioral questions etc.
