You receive a number in the order you show up for in their cattle call. You then go in and attempt to watch two videos one on the company the other about being a flight attendant. Too bad they were not prepared and their equipment did not work. Way to be prepared! Then you state your name, answer a question and then read a section of the PA Card.
Time to herd the group out so the hypocritical panel can start to make cuts. When they choose people in tight leather pants and gym shoes there is no way they they can say appearance matters. It is who you know and people that do not threaten there positions.
A word of advice to anyone who is 47 or older. Don't bother dressing professionally, or bringing a resume because you will not get past the first part of the interview process.
Additionally the panel had flight attendants older than 47 on the panel including the head flight attendant. They also had a Knoxville flight attendant who was bigger than the older people that dismissed.
One word of advice to PSA Airlines let your HR people handle the interviews because they are qualified. after reading other interviews and employee posts it seems that there is a general concensus that your current leadership team on the FA side needs to be put back on line or move on. I COULD NOT AGREE MORE!
