I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Went to the recruiting event in Cincinnati there were 43 candidates total that showed up. They promptly started at 8:30am. They began with introducing themselves and gave info about the company and what you can expect working for them. They opened the floor to questions and then gave a break. After the break each row went to the front and answered a question asked but the panel then read a portion from a flight announcement. Another break then they called your number to go in on of two rooms. One room was the next phase the other was the "thanks but no thanks" room. Those chosen to stay gave their resume', ID, Passport and were asked specifically about their tattoos. Then you waited to go and be interview 1 on 1. There were 3 1on1. So at the first table the 1st person asked 3 questions and the same at the next 2 tables. They said they would notify people in the next 2 week.
